The Teacher (also translated as the Master) is the narrator and main protagonist of Reincarnated as a Sword. He is a sentient magical sword that assists the story's heroine Fran.
Personality[]
The Teacher is a father figure and guardian of sorts towards Fran. He takes care of and protects her while assisting her by providing his abilities and bonuses to Fran.
The Teacher acts kind and well-mannered towards other people, except if they disrespect or try to hurt Fran.
Appearance[]
The Teacher resembles a white longsword with three blue lines. Beneath the pale gold hilt is a sculpture of a courageous wolf and a decorative blue string. The handle is wound with a latticework of blue and white strings. Teacher gains the ability to change its shape and size later on.
The Teacher also has the ability to create a clone of himself; at first, it takes his former human form, but as time passes, the clones take the form of a sword identical to his sword body.
Background[]
Before being reincarnated into a sword, the Teacher appeared to be an unnamed 30-year-old salaryman who enjoyed anime, manga, VRMMOs, and light novels. He had a friendly personality, enjoyed eating curry, and had some level of proficiency in cooking but had never dated before. At the start of the story, he is killed by an oblivious truck driver while texting and driving.[2]
Waking in this new world, the Teacher seems to have forgotten details on how he came to be and the circumstances on how he was reincarnated.

Wolfking Of Madness Chaos And Fanaticism[]
Divine Wolfking Sword Fenrir
Upon merging with the fragment shard of evil god, power of Oratario, remnants of Divine Sword Fanatix and also Overgrowth resulting Teacher to evolve into a full fledge Divine Sword. Aestheticly Teacher's cord branches out into a shape. Teacher were able to imbue and utilize evil attribute energy similar to divine attribute giving Fran the aura and were able to call upon dozens of sentient Metal Wolves to attack it's enemies in which these metal wolves possess the similar attribute.
Trivia[]
- Teacher appears to heavily resemble and/or be a reference to the Greatsword of Artorias, used by the character of the same name from the Dark Souls video game series. While he is roughly about the length of a longsword, when used by Fran, her small stature instead makes him resemble the likeness of a greatsword. He also sports a wolf motif and possesses magical properties much like the weapon he is based on, and later obtains a wolf familiar like Artorias did in his own story.
